Little Blue Book y los Buitres - Guaidó

The Little Blue Book is different than the Maoist colored books and different than 1776 inspired liberal constitutions. The LBB is a Bolivarian constitution from 1999 and the current binding document.

There are Marxist aspects inspired by Marti, Mariategui and Pashukanis. The most obvious is the poder ciudadano--a branch of government which represents the people.

This branch balances four other branches in a liberal-democratic tradition inspired by Montesquieu.

The defensoria del pueblo is an example of a Bolivarian advancement balanced government. This functions as a check against any branch gaining too much power.

The Mendoza and Roscio constitution (1811) established a federal government. The Bolivarian reconquest (1819) and the most recent Chavez ratification (1999) are federalist-socialist-Bolivarian documents.

Juan Guaidó, on the other hand, is a neoliberal educated at the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Administracion and George Washington University. His popular revolution has dubious Washington influences which neglect both the Bolivarian and Marxist aspects of the Little Blue Book.

The Biden administration effectively ended the Guaidó coup early in the 2022 Ukraine War. Oil prices spiked and the Biden administration started to negotiate with the Maduro administration to stabilize world markets. Leaving Guaidó and the US funded paramilitary organizations insinde Venezuela in peril.

The photo of Nicolás Maduro holding the LBB is unsourced. But [here] is a different one which is probably from the same event in an article hosted by popularresistance.org.

"Juan Guaidó, agradeció a los diferentes países que lo apoyaron" is the title of the Guaidó photo hosted by Argentinian outlet [crónica]. aka: Chronicle. Translated as: "Juan Guaidó thanked the different countries that supported him" in the coup.
